Shipping

Some pieces are made to order and can take up to two weeks of production time before shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Currently all items are shipped from Europe and the delivery time to the US is 2-3 weeks.

Returns and Exchanges

I don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, so please make sure you review the items carefully before making a purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately, and I will review and try to resolve the issue on a case by case basis.

Care Instructions

All pieces are made from glass beads, please handle with care. It’s best to store your pieces laid out flat or hung up (try not to bunch them up or keep them in a bag), this way the fringe will keep nice and flat.
